    How much does ERDLab cost during public beta?

    All our plans will be free during beta while we refine and improve ERDLab. At some point we will start enforcing plan limits, but you will have plenty of notice before we switch you to a Personal plan. Personal plan will remain free forever.     How much will ERDLab cost after public beta?

    We are committed to keeping personal use free so personal plan will remain free forever. Professional plan will cost $9 per month when we exit beta, We built ERDLab for Enterprise clients and our goal is to make money from Enterprise users. We'll do everything we can to limit costs for individual users.

    How does ERDLab's pricing work?

    The Personal plan will remain FREE forever. Professional plan starts with a free trial. Subscriptions are renewed automatically. You can upgrade/downgrade/cancel anytime.

    What happens if I cancel my plan?

    After cancelling the professional plan, your account and all diagrams will be reverted to the Personal plan. You will not lose access to your data but the limits of Personal pan will apply.

    Do you store my payment information?

    No, we do not handle your credit card information. We take security seriously and rely on Stripe to process payments directly.

    Do you offer support?

    Yes. We prioritize paid users but offer support to everyone including free users. We'd love to hear from you, please email us anytime at support@erdlab.io
